Altered Book Project!

So far in this project we have cut out pages from our hard back books with craft knives. We created templates so we could make the body of the sea creature. Then we folded the pages to make them pop out!

Ernst Haeckel :

The artists we have looked at are Ernst Haeckel & Su Blackwell.

Su Blackwell :

In Ernst Haeckel's work, he uses sea creatures and Su blackwell came up with the idea of this project so we linked them together and decided to do a sea creature that pops out of a book!
